Nsingani, Dennis ; Janák, Vladimír (advisor) ; Štědroň, Jakub (referee)
Title: Management of beach soccer in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to present recommendations for the management of beach soccer in the Czech Republic derived from its analysis on the basis of sequential management functions, such as planning, organizing, selecting and deploying staff, leading people and controlling. This analysis, which is a secondary objective and precedes the main objective, was performed by comparing the responses, attitudes and opinions of the respondents of the semi-structured interviews regarding the functioning of beach soccer management. Methods: Internal documents analysis, semi-structured interviews with a top beach soccer manager, Chief coach of the national teams and two players of beach soccer Results: The result of this thesis is a series of recommendations for the management of beach soccer in the Czech Republic based on its previous analysis. The author sees the most significant problem in the strategic goals, which are set quite unrealistically. A new strategic plan is proposed, in which the required number of members in 2028 is rapidly reduced, which also results in an analogous reduction in the required number of teams and leagues. In addition, it was also proposed to reduce the number of newly built pitches across the...

Vilímová, Tereza ; Hanzal, Jaromír (advisor) ; Vochocová, Lenka (referee)
The master's thesis deals with the citizen photojournalism and the citizen videojournalism in the Czech media landscape. It focuses on the frequency of the amateur photographs and videos published on the selected news web sites and also on the gatekeeping process. This master's thesis also reflects the editor's opinions on the citizen photojournalism and the citizen videojournalism. The citizen journalism is usually viewed from the perspective of the citizen journalists, but this master's thesis brings the view from the second side, from the media professionals. The thesis uses the combination of the quantitative and qualitative methods. Firstly, there was conducted the quantitative content analysis. Secondly, there were interviewed the media professionals. The conclusions of the master's thesis indicate that the citizen photojournalism and the citizen videojournalism is rarely used on the Czech web sites. The media professionals evaluate this phenomenon positively, find its contributions to the news flow but only under the certain conditions. On the other hand, they do not find the citizen photojournalism and videojournalism absolutely necessary element for the news service.
